Attorney Biography

We are in immigration law practice since 1975. We take pride in handling difficult cases. Cases are often transferred to our office for taking appellate action after they have been denied. We firmly believe that our client should get full explanation on all issues involved in his or her case. We take pains to answer his or her questions in great detail.

Indra Gandhi has been a panel member on several immigration law seminars in the United States and India. Indra Gandhi was a graduate student when he arrived from India four decades ago. During his years of practice, he has seen first-hand how cases are ruined, for lack of proper guidance and representation, even when the facts are favorable.

It is agonizing to observe in practice that the bureaucracy is often times unreasonable, heavy-handed, and/or extremely slow in adjudicating cases. We pride ourselves in having a reputation for being thorough and meticulous. We take a comprehensive view of the entire situation of the client. We not only plan for the immediate, temporary relief sought but also plan for the longrange aspects culminating in the acquisition of the U. S. permanent residency [acquisition of so called “green card”] and U. S. citizenship for those clients who so desire.

Indra Gandhi is a member of the State Bar of California as well as a Member of the Bar Council of Gujarat, India. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. We have served clients all over the U.S. and also those residing in India, Asia, Europe, Australia, and Africa.

Our office represents individuals as well as corporate clients in family-based and employment related immigrant and non-immigrant visa matters before the U. S. Citizenship and Immigration Services [USCIS] and U.S. Consulates around the world. We also handle appeals to Administrative Appeals Office [AAO], Board of Immigration Appeals [BIA] and Petitions for Review with the Circuit Courts of Appeals. We also file cases with the U.S. District Courts for mandamus relief for unduly delayed cases where USCIS has not taken any action on a pending application or petition.
